Intenso

Made exclusively from shy-bearing Nocellara del Belice olives, harvested early, just when the fruit start turning to light straw yellow/green and might have a light rose-coloured blush in some cases. Intensely fruity with distinctive green herbaceous aroma, redolent of green tomato and artichoke, fresh bitter taste, and persistent pepperiness reminiscent of green capsaicin.

All medium and strong tasting dishes.
