Uses
Great all-round cooking and finishing oil, for any medium and strong tasting dishes. Excellent with red and white meats, sauces, casseroles, roasted vegetables, tomato based cuisine and bean and leaf-based salads, in baking, desserts and with medium and delicate cheeses such as Gouda and ricotta.
